Knotts Berry Farm: 30 Rides to know about!

Knotts Berry Farm is a theme park located in Buena Park, California. It was founded by Walter Knott and his wife Cordelia in 1920. The farm initially grew berries but has expanded to include amusement rides, restaurants, and an annual arts festival called the Knott’s Merry Farm.

The park offers many different types of rides for people of all ages, including children under 54 inches tall are free with the purchase of admission! In addition, there are over 30 other rides that you can experience at Knotts Berry Farm!

1. Mystery Lodge

Mystery Lodge

Mystery Lodge is a dark ride and the first ride to be built at Knotts Berry Farm. It was initially named Indian Village and featured Native American-themed buildings and animatronic figures inside the attraction. Visitors enter small boats which push off down a long tunnel through mysterious caves, waterfalls, and rivers as they watch native folks working, children playing, weddings taking place, and an all-around good time happening in the village… until the evil witch casts a spell that sends them back through time! This allows guests to experience life before electricity bypassing “colonial” structures featuring candlelight displays with moving eyes! Then it’s back to reality as visitors drift slowly into the daylight where they can admire beautiful landscaping and finish their journey.

2. Silver Bullet

Silver Bullet

The Silver Bullet is a steel roller coaster, and it is the park’s newest addition to its 2016 lineup of attractions! The coaster reaches speeds up to 65 mph, and at points, two riders can be seated in one row giving friends and family an opportunity for an exciting ride together! The “Silver” part of the title comes from the color of the roller coaster, which has been painted light blue with hints of silver, much like a desert landscape in daylight would look. There are no inverted loops, corkscrews, or any other upside-down movement on this ride, so basically, anyone can experience it! It’s fast, it’s fun, and there is no better time than NOW to give it a try!!

3. Windseeker

 Windseeker

The maximum velocity on this attraction reaches about 60 mph and, at one point, offers riders an opportunity to free-fall from 300 feet above the ground when they’re launched skyward!
